The joys of the beach and the sea

Do you dream of turquoise waters, white sand beaches and complete relaxation on a holiday close to nature ? Camping de l’Océan is the ideal base from which to explore the Breton coast and its natural heritage.

As for beaches in Névez, you’ll be spoilt for choice ! There are several beaches so you will have no trouble finding the beach that best suits you and your family.
The nearest beach is Raguénes which is just a short walk (300m) from the campsite. It is a blue flag beach and is ideal for sunbathing, relaxing to the sound of the waves and building sandcastles with your children.
The harbour is at the other end of the beach facing Ile de Raguénes, an island which can be reached on foot at low tide. On a clear day, you can see the Glénan islands and Groix on the horizon. If you want to visit them, a passenger ferry will take you across.

Further west, Dourveil and Kersidan beaches are great for sports enthusiasts. One is a great surfing spot and the other is ideal for sea walking.
